How Upadacitinib Works
In autoimmune disease, overactive JAK signalling drives chronic inflammation. Upadacitinib selectively inhibits JAK-1, reducing pro-inflammatory cytokines with greater selectivity than older JAK inhibitors. In SELECT-COMPARE it showed superior ACR50 versus adalimumab in rheumatoid arthritis.

How to Take Uparen 15 mg
15 mg once daily (most indications) · 30 mg once daily for atopic dermatitis/UC induction. Swallow whole — never crush or chew.
