Return Policy

Non-Refundable Situations

How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund:

- Once approved, you will receive return instructions including shipping details.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, expired, or incorrect product).
Processing Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
- Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
- In cases where a replacement is preferred, we will dispatch a new shipment at no additional cost.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before dispatch, whichever comes first.
- Once the product is shipped, cancellations are not possible.
