Upanib 15 mg is a generic extended-release formulation of Upadacitinib — a selective JAK-1 inhibitor — manufactured by Ziska Pharmaceuticals Ltd. under WHO-GMP certified conditions in Bangladesh. How Upadacitinib Works
In autoimmune disease, overactive JAK signalling drives chronic inflammation causing joint damage, skin inflammation, and systemic symptoms. Upadacitinib selectively inhibits JAK-1, reducing inflammatory cytokine production with greater precision than older JAK inhibitors — and without injection. In the SELECT-COMPARE trial it showed superior ACR50 vs adalimumab in rheumatoid arthritis.

How to Take Upanib 15 mg
15 mg once daily for most indications · 45 mg once daily for 8 weeks for UC induction · 30 mg once daily for atopic dermatitis initial dose. With or without food. Do not crush or chew the extended-release tablet.
- 1Once daily, same time, with or without food. No fasting required — food does not significantly affect absorption.
- 2Swallow whole. Never crush, split, or chew the XR tablet.
- 3TB screening must be complete before starting.
- 4Complete vaccinations before starting — live vaccines cannot be given during treatment.
