Treatment should continue until disease recurrence, unacceptable toxicity, or for up to 3 years.

For first-line treatment of adult patients with metastatic NSCLC whose tumors have EGFR exon 19 deletions or exon 21 L858R mutations, the recommended dosage of Osinib is also 80 mg once daily. Treatment should continue until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.

For metastatic EGFR T790M mutation-positive NSCLC in patients whose disease has progressed on or after EGFR TKI therapy, the recommended dosage of Osimertinib is 80 mg once daily, and treatment should continue until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.
