Ibrutix

Ibrutix is a small molecule drug that inhibits B-cell proliferation and survival by irreversibly binding to and inhibiting the protein Bruton’s tyrosine kinase (BTK). It is approved for the treatment of various B-cell malignancies, including:

• Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL)
• Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)/small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL)
• Waldenström’s macroglobulinemia (WM)
• Marginal zone lymphoma (MZL)
• Chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD)
